Pickup requests

When you submit a pickup request, we receive your business and contact details, pickup address, equipment description, access notes, preferred timing and any photos you choose to include. These details are used to assess and respond to your request and arrange a pickup. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing.

How requests are handled

Netlify processes and stores submissions and checks them for spam. Notifications are sent to the shop's designated Gmail inbox. Free Geek Penn and EBC Marketing, which maintains the website, can access requests to handle them and support the service. Email copies are also processed by the email provider. Do not include passwords, financial information, private documents or other sensitive information in the form or photos.

Website delivery

Netlify hosts this website and processes technical request information, including IP addresses and requested pages, to deliver and protect it. See Netlify's privacy statement for its data practices.

Cookies and browser storage

The website code does not set cookies or save information in browser storage. It has no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, embedded social feeds or online checkout. Motion preferences apply only while the page is open.

To ask about access, correction, deletion or retention of a pickup request, contact the shop using the phone number above. Requests may exist both in the website submission system and in email. For records relating to an in-store purchase, repair or recycling service, contact the shop directly.
